My Hero Academia season 4 hype

It’s your boy here back from the dead but like hey who noticed!? Anyways, my friends, it’s almost that time again! What time you may ask? Fall, Halloween, cold season? Nah who cares about all that when in fact it is almost Hero time!!! Yes, that’s right, soon around the corner the new season and very hyped one at that season of My Hero academia will premier and can I just say how excited I am! As many of you know MHA is one of my all-time favourite shows and it is by far my favourite long-running series for many reasons. What are those reasons you may ask? Well, that’s what I’ve decided to dedicate this blog to be more precise I want to talk about what makes this show so special and a cut above the others? So sit back relax and well most of you haven’t even made it this far but enjoy if you will.

Make my story

MHA takes place in a world where humankind has evolved into the state of superhuman abilities. 80% of the world's population now has what’s called a quirk, quirks are powers that are now used for everyday life but some people have extraordinary quirks that place them a step above the rest the people are called Heroes! The world revolves around a hero base society where heroes are an everyday sight but they are nonetheless amazing in their own right all of them bearing a unique quirk of their own. However, where there are hero’s there are villains that rise up to stand against them. Izuku Midoriya (Deku) is a boy who was born without a quirk despite this he dreams of becoming a pro hero like his idol. One day Izuku has a chance encounter with his idol who just so happens to be the greatest and strongest hero to ever live All Might. After proving his worth All  Might decides to pass down his quirk (one for all) to Izuku as his power is starting to fade away. After training and boosting his body to receive the quirk Izuku enrols in the most prestigious hero school in all of Japan U. An academy where all might have enlisted as a first-year teacher. Deku has been giving a great task to become the new symbol of peace but this title does not come easy as he will have to face numerous obstacles in his path such as the league of Villains the trials of U.A and most importantly he will have to face the rivalry of his friends as they aspire to become the top hero themselves.

The colours of your passion will burn brightly!

Okay so first I want to get the basics of my interest out of the way, music, animation and so on, play so first let’s talk about the big hitter of the show the animation. Honestly, I am still awestruck on my third watch of MHA the animation never fails to disappoint. It’s clean it’s strict and it’s 100% unique I can’t name one other anime that comes remotely close to the unique style of animation MHA yes JoJo has a pretty interesting one but in my opinion it still falls too that of MHA every little detail is taken care of with precision and great care. From the littlest speck of freckles on Deku's face to the scowl that Bakugo often shows every little scene has the upmost care and time sent into it. The faces and the characterization of each character all of their designs are approached with rapid progression and pride while maintaining pure and simplistic sketches that utterly make each character shine. With the enormous cast of characters all of whom are wildly different and incredibly unique on their own it would be a remarkably difficult task yet each character is beautiful to look at and to watch as they carry on their own journey you can see not just with the main cast but all the side characters from the first season to the third you can see the difference and changes each of them has gone through as they’ve evolved and it’s remarkable and one of the best I’ve seen in anime. Now for the music well tbh the music style chosen for MHA openings and ost follows a bit of a rock theme which I’m not a huge fan of but the endings and the hero crusade theme are enough to make me enjoy listing to the soundtrack on their own. Each confrontation every achievement the characters make is made known by a wonderful music score that is perfectly suited for the hero theme.! I feel like I’m rambling with this but honestly I didn’t care to talk about this part that much.

A hero always goes beyond their limits

okay, this is probably the best part of the blog the action! Okay so a show built around superheroes and villains absolutely needs to have astounding fight scenes and MHA does not fail to impress. So the first two seasons are mostly about building up the bond between U.A’s hero course and the students that become Dekus friend whitest building the tension between Bakugo and Deku. It also centres around the digression of All might as he begins to raise Deku to successfully wield One for all. The attack on USJ and the sports festival were wonderful to watch as they were the first glimpses of all the students power, the battle against Stain showed us the progression of Todoroki and the new control of Deku's shoot-style though most of the action was short and limited to a few episodes they still manage to give a wonderful sense of Hero as you watch the students fight for their lives and to be seen as the top of their school!
However, the action really begins to pick up in season 3 as there are three sizable battle arcs that really show off the powers of the students. First, the summer training camp introduces the audience to the new and permanent core for the league of villains who will be the rivalling force to class A and Deku in seasons to come. Probably the most hyped battle was All might VS All for One here we got to see the true power of the worlds greatest hero against the one man his quirk was made to defeat. After seeing All might give everything he has in a flashy dual and after he drains the last of his power whilst defeating All for one we were finally shown his true will and even though both of them lost in the end it was a perfect transition of power as the two have set the stage for both of their successors to take the helm of their groups and lead them to “glory”. Last but not least the provisional license exam was totally epic for the first time we got to see all the other hero schools come together to duke it out in order to grab the first part of their dream and then they were forced to work together to battle against “a villain” and rescue civilians it was amazing to watch and for the first Fxxking time we saw Deku kick some ass without breaking his entire body HELL YEAH! Oh I almost forgot the glorious Deku BS bakugo part two which was absolutely the greatest thing in history for a MHA fan Two sides of the same coin childhood friends who both of which wanted to become the top hero in their own way Deku who was the prized son of All might and Bakugo who was born with a brilliant quirk but enraged in his core with built emotion and he finally let it out he confessed to his feelings and we saw Deku and Bakugan give a gracious fight filled with colour and astounding animation. It was truly remarkable.
You guys really are amazing
I Almost started this segment off by say okay so again whew let’s stop now. The characters are literally the greatest thing this show has to offer it has many redeeming qualities but the Characters are what really brings light to this show. So far MHA has introduced us to about what 50 characters that have important meaning? That’s quite a lot and of course, there’s the 25 side cast that gets more of the spotlight and then the core 5 that support Deku as the main character that’s a lot of freaking characters! Anyways yes obviously Deku and the core group will get the most spotlight but the producers behind MHA also do a wonderful job introducing the side characters and providing enough detail and description to make them they’re own in order to create a wide variety of lovable characters there’s just enough to have someone to love for everyone’s taste whilst not being overbearing and hard to follow. Each character is unique in look, personality and ability and it’s near perfection I for one love every single character both villain and hero have their own redeeming qualities that make them fun to watch from Yaomomos elitist love and Todorkis cold pride to Toga’s lovable obsession with blood and stabbing. Every character is given time in the spotlight that allows them to show the audience who they are and what they can bring to the table. Moral of the story is there’s a character for every viewer to love and no matter how different they may look the characters bring love to the show and are the highlight of MHA. Except for Mineta, fxxck Mineta.

The will of a Hero

what does it mean to be a Hero? Well honestly I don’t think anyone can give you a set answer but in my mind, a hero is someone who risks themselves to help/save others no matter the cost time and time again. A Hero is someone who sees danger and rushes in to do what they can for others without thinking and without fail and even though they may not always be successful that’ll never deride them from trying again whether it’s fighting a bad guy or putting out a fire a Hero will always do whatever they can to subdue the evil. These themes are placed into MHA at every corner and are the biggest lesson that’s drilled into the viewer every single episode. Some people wish to become hero’s to fight the villain and gain glory others do it just for fun, but the strongest will become a Hero for the sake of wanting to save others and that’s where Deku comes to play. Deku is the only character that can fit in my definition of a hero a boy who was born quirkless he had no hopes of becoming a hero yet he never gave up he studied he analyzed and he dreamed and when Bakugo was captured by the slime villain he was the first one to rush in and try the help even though it would likely lead to his doom but he still did it because he saw someone in danger and wanted to help. That’s why Deku is my favourite character in almost all of the anime and why it was only right for him to become the next weirder of One for all he makes the show special and saves the day in his own way. He’s also my precious baby boy.
Okay okay, I’m getting tired and I wanna make another blog on MHA so ima stops now while I can. Yeah no duh, I recommend my show did you see how much rambling I did up there you crazy person you. Everything about it is beautiful and there’s a reason for it to be one of the most hyped shows of recent anime history the characters the action the animation all of it is out of this world it’s just it’s lovable and heartbreaking at the same time watching your favourite hero’s constantly break themselves in order to become stronger just for the sake of saving others I mean isn’t that amazing! Anyways our “Sakues!” That’s right its plural is better than yours! Hahahahaha but seriously watch the show and get ready for the most hyped season yet! Of course, I hope you enjoyed and actually stuck around.
